This was my first time booking services at Platinum Wellness Spa and it will not be my last!! We were greeted by Ashley with a smile and she was very friendly and helpful during our entire time here from 10:30-3:30! She gave us a tour and took the time to explain the different areas we had access to. I got the best massage ever from Kevin! I asked for light pressure so that I could relax and not be in pain and he delivered!! He was very professional and attentive! Afterwards we went to the oxygen bar and was provided with champagne & a snack, and Ashley assisted us in getting hooked up to the oxygen because we didn’t have a clue what to do! We were given eye masks & we were so relaxed we fell asleep! We explored the outside wellness areas after our nap and found it beautiful and relaxing! We also got the foot scrub and ERuth provided excellent services. We initially made plans to also take advantage of the jacuzzi and saunas but since we spent so much time in the oxygen bar, we didn’t get a chance to, only because we had somewhere else to go. Our experience and time at Platinum was amazing and worth the money spent! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and provided great customer service and the facility was clean, 2 things I'm big on! I’m a spa girl and will definitely return for more #SelfCareSaturday services!

Platinum Wellness Spa is truly a gem, and our overall experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt intentional, relaxing, and welcoming. Even with a few small hiccups that seemed tied to staff training opportunities, the overall quality of the services was unmatched. The sauna was great once it warmed up—just a note that preheating the room ahead of time would make the experience even better, as the benches were cold at first. The light massage I received was exactly what my body needed. Living with widespread chronic spine pain, I rarely find relief, but this massage was refreshing and restorative. We were there as a group celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday, and three of us received massages at the same time. One of the masseuses had a coughing fit during the session. Next time, simply stepping out for water would help avoid interrupting the experience and would feel more sanitary for guests. Even with that moment, the young lady who worked on me still did an excellent job. The O2 bar was heavenly. I chose the vanilla scent focused on inflammation and stress relief, and it genuinely made a difference. Afterward, we headed to the private section where we enjoyed snacks, music, and a little bubbly before ending our visit in the jacuzzi. It was the perfect finish to a beautiful day. It also means so much that this is a Black-owned business delivering such a high-quality, luxury experience. Despite the minor training opportunities, we truly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.

You can get your hair done right here by some of the most talented, professional, and welcoming stylists. My stylist is Mrs. Vivienne of Amanda’s Touch Beauty Salon, and when I tell you she does an AMAZING job on my hair... I mean every single time. She is consistent, gifted, and truly cares about healthy hair. I always leave feeling confident, refreshed, and cute. 💇🏾‍♀️✨ Now let me get back to Platinum Wellness Spa because whew 😍 — this is not just a spa, it’s an EXPERIENCE. This is a Black-owned women’s spa where women, men, friends, and family can all come together to relax, reset, and be pampered. The facility is absolutely beautiful, clean, calming, and full of good energy. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you slow down and breathe. They even offer tours of the spa, so you can really see everything they have to offer. You just have to reach out to them to schedule a day and time. The customer service was absolutely top tier, and every staff member went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of amazing. As a Black-owned business, they truly deserve all the love and support. The atmosphere is beautiful, relaxing, and is like an all-inclusive wellness retreat where you can completely disconnect from stress and focus on yourself. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. I've been to several spas, but Platinum Wellness Spa is in a league of its own. The services were exceptional, the environment was peaceful, and I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already planning my next visit. Honestly, if I could come every week, I absolutely would—that's how impressed I was! Our book club had an amazing time. It was a party of six and we began our journey around noon. When we arrived we were checked in by Alexa and Stephanie I can’t remember the other young lady’s name. They brought to the changing area. Next we received the tour and we were deciding what to do first. We started out in the patio area where we lounged and just enjoyed the atmosphere. The young ladies continued to check on us making sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. Next we enter the jacuzzi again and relaxing experience. We decided on the steam room next since we were already wet (lol)The sauna was next there we decided to receive our complimentary glass of wine very tasty and right on time for the sauna. Lastly the oxygen room a very unique experience with the choices of particular scents. Which gave a description of each health affect. At this treatment Angelic such lovely person. She assisted with our oxygen tubes and made sure we all had snacks tea and water. By the time we realized it was 4:45pm so we had been there almost 5 hours. What an amazing gem in Conyers. So relaxing like a mini staycation!

Today I visited Platinum Wellness Spa for an hour Swedish massage. From the time I entered I was greeted and everyone was very nice. I received a massage by Miranda and she was very pleasant, asked me what my concerns were and made me comfortable and relaxed. At the end of my massage I also received a compliment foot scrub...Amazing as well! I also received a tour of the facility and it has a lot of amenities that I plan on going back to use. The facility is gorgeous by the way! Please go visit, you will not regret it!

Pricey and well worth it!!! I experienced all of the amenities during a Mother’s Day special. I added on the meal for a heightened experience. My bestie and I turned a regular Friday into an amazing spa day! The staff is friendly and attentive but not intrusive. The facility is clean, well maintained and secluded. After check-in, we changed into plush robes and slippers and started with our scented oxygen treatment. The steam room was Ah-mazing!! The hot tub was great and the outside areas were serene. Chef Gwen felt like family and created a meal fit for royalty. Overall, this place is exactly what you need to recharge your inner battery. I have booked a massage treatment for my birthday and I will review those services after I return.

Words can’t express how breathtaking this spa is! From start to finish Platinum Spa exceeded all of my expectations. I booked a massage wellness package and personal chef meals for my best friend and out. We cannot wait to return back. All of the staff was so attentive to our needs we didn’t have to wait for anything! Thank you for the attention to detail the wonderful atmosphere the exceptional staff wonderful chef great ambiance! We will be returning customers and will recommend you ll to everyone we know! Definitely give them a chance! You will not regret it thank you all so much again!!

This place is fabulous, this was my first visit. I went to a Wind Down Wednesday for a 30 minute massage and I added hot stones enjoyed a Complimentary glass of wine. The amenities were included oxygen bar, snacks, steam room so much to enjoy. This will be my treat for me monthly. Class act establishment.
